2025 Fees

Entrance Fees and Monthly Fees for Independent Living

The following options are available for residences in 2025

Non-Refundable Entrance Fee

A one-time non-refundable fee based on the square footage and amenities of the residence:

  •  $417.16 per sq. ft. single occupancy

  • $521.45 per sq. ft. double occupancy

Deferred Repayment Entrance Fee

A one-time fee based on square footage and amenities of the residence, with 50% payable to one’s estate or upon leaving the community:  

  • $709.17 per sq. ft. single occupancy

  • $886.46 per sq. ft. double occupancy

Monthly Fee (rent, dining, and residential fee)

  • Rent: $2.66 per sq. ft. for independent units

  • Dining Service Fee: $539.00 per person

  • Residential Fee: $649.00 per person

Please note: Prices are subject to change.  Monthly fees for Assisted Living and skilled nursing are available upon request.
