Pilgrim Place Entrance Fees and Monthly Fee

The following Entrance Fee options are available for residences in 2022:

​

• Non-Refundable Entrance Fee

​​

A one-time non-refundable fee based on square footage and amenities of the residence: 
                       $287.30 per square foot for a single person
                       $359.13 per square foot for a couple

​

• Deferred Repayment Entrance Fee

​​

A one-time fee based on square footage and amenities of the residence with 50% payable to one’s estate or upon leaving the community:  
                       $488.41 per square foot for a single person
                       $610.51 per square foot for a couple

​

The monthly fee is comprised of rent, dining and a residential fee:

                       Rent                                 $2.25 per square foot for all independent units

 

                       Dining Service Fee        $456.00 per person

 

                       Residential Fee              $558.00 per person

Please note: Prices are subject to change.  Monthly fees for Pitzer Lodge Assisted Living and the Health Service Center Skilled Nursing are available upon request.

Listed prices reflect estimated base fees for current residences.  Residences vary in size from 600 to 1,800 square feet, with the average home being 1,000-1,100 square feet.  Prices are subject to change dependent on the size and amenities of the selected unit.  This information is provided as a tool for your retirement planning and does not reflect actual sizes of residences.

A limited number of carports and garages are available for an additional fee per month.  

​

Residents pay directly to companies providing gas, electric, television and telephone.

​

Please note: Prices are subject to change.  Residents can anticipate an annual increase in the Monthly Fee beginning January 1st.
