Pilgrim Place Entrance Fees and Monthly Fees for Independent Living

The following options are available for residences in 2025:

• Non-Refundable Entrance Fee

​​

A one-time non-refundable fee based on square footage and amenities of the residence:

 
                  $417.16 per sq. ft. single occupancy
                  $521.45 per sq. ft. double occupancy

​

• Deferred Repayment Entrance Fee

​​

A one-time fee based on square footage and amenities of the residence with 50% payable to one’s estate or upon leaving the community:  

                  $709.17 per sq. ft. single occupancy
                  $886.46 per sq. ft. double occupancy

​

The monthly fee is comprised of rent, dining and a residential fee:

• Rent                               $2.66 per sq. ft. for independent units

​​

• Dining Service Fee       $539.00 per person

​​

• Residential Fee             $649.00 per person

​

 

Please note: Prices are subject to change.  Monthly fees for Assisted Living and skilled nursing are available upon request.

Listed prices reflect estimated base fees for current residences.  Residences vary in size from 600 to 1,800 sq. ft., with the average home being 1,000-1,100 square feet.  Prices are subject to change, depending on the size and amenities of the selected unit.  This information is provided as a tool for your retirement planning and does not reflect actual sizes of residences.

A limited number of carports and garages are available for an additional fee per month.  

​

Residents pay directly to companies providing gas, electric, television and telephone.

​
