Pilgrim Place has a long-standing reputation as a senior community where the lives of residents are enriched through high quality care. Skilled Nursing and Memory Care are included as services we provide to the wider community.
Skilled Nursing Care
At our fully licensed 68-bed Health Services Center, restorative therapies, short- or long-term resident-centered care is provided to residents of Pilgrim Place and to the wider community.
Assisted Living Care
Pitzer Lodge accommodations are available to current Pilgrim Place residents should they need assistance with the basic activities of daily living.
Memory Care
Quality of life is important, especially for those who are living with dementia. It begins with highly trained and caring staff who understand the core values of a purposeful life.
