Sue Fairley - Vice President of Health Services

Beginning August 16, Sue Fairley will be Pilgrim Place’s Vice President for Health Services with an office at the Health Services Center.

Sue’s background includes:

• Executive Director of Life Care Centers of America in Escondido, CA (2007-Present) – Responsible for leadership and direction of overall facility operations for 120 bed skilled nursing facility including financial operations, HR development, marketing and clinical oversight. Led facility to achieve Step 1 Quality Award for 2009 by National Association of Health Care Administrators.

• Assistant Administrator SunMar Health Care – Villa Rancho Bernardo in San Diego.

• Executive Director Sunrise Senior Living – Brighton Gardens, San Juan Capistrano, CA.

• Health Care Administrator, Director of Resident Services and Director of Human Resources for Plymouth Village in Redlands, CA

• Master of Health Service Administration California State University

• Bachelor of Arts in Psychology University of Redlands

• Adjunct faculty for University of Redlands School of Management 1998-Present
